Updates to Lyricals (web, app)

Major update for the Lyricals web version (2.0.0):

• Songs in setlist is now possible.
• Songs in sets will be added as songs to a setlist.
• Older (legacy) setlists can be converted to new format.
• Duplicate function for setlists, sets and songs.
• Added new Gig mode (beta), same as the mobile app, with offline support.

Also updates to the Android app version (1.1.2):

• Added play controls for auto scrolling.
• Keep device awake when app is being used.
• Fixed white screen and error on opening.

And some minor fixes and security updates.
